Register for our Reiki Event happening at Y3 Appleton on November 19th at 10:00AM.

Relax & restore with Michael Janssen, 500 hour RYT & Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. During this Reiki Event, you be be introduced to your energetic body and vibrational healing methods. Michaela will provide Reiki touch and crystals as she guides you through a 75 minute restorative yoga sequence. You will experience reiki touch as well as hear and feel the vibrations from the crystal singing bowls. As an addition touch, you will be guided to pull an oracle card and use a specific essential oil for each pose.
