By checking this box, you are acknowledging that upon confirmation of your room arrangement, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required with-in 48hrs of your reservation or we can not hold your spot. The $100 deposit is deducted from your total due which is then due by January 15th, 2023. We only accept check or cash for this deposit as well as final payment. No credit cards are accepted for this retreat in order to keep costs down. You are also acknowledging that you are at least 21 years old. When reserving your spot, you are committing to the retreat timeline (arrival + departure). Connection with the entire group is an important piece to this experience and we ask that if you are unable to commit, please allow others to attend. Lastly, you acknowledge that absolutely no refunds will be given after January 15th, 2023 - which is when full payment is due. The $100 deposit is non-refundable regardless of the date. Due to our commitment with the property managers and their policies, we cannot offer any refunds or credits for cancellations for any reason (including legitimate ones like illness, injury, family deaths or emergencies). Transfers can occur although it is the registered attendee's responsibility to find a transfer unless there is someone on the waitlist. There will also be no refunds or credit for failure to complete the retreat.
